Minister of Health Bounfeng Phoummalaysith representing the Lao government on Monday received medical equipment from China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This medical assistance package includes three buses with two mobile Covid testing and one for mobile treatment; medical equipment and medicines to support Covid-19 prevention and control efforts in the Lao PDR.

Chinese Ambassador to the Lao PDR Jiang Zaidong presented the aid package to the Lao minister in the presence of relevant officials of the two countries.
