Representatives from the Dien Bien provincial Party Committee’s inspection commission held talks with a delegation representing the Party inspection – inspectorate commissions of the Lao northern provinces of Phongsaly, Udomxay and Luang Prabang in Dien Bien Phu city on September 18.
