GCC and the United States ties & its impact on the overall region’s situation

G.C.C and its unavoidable importance to bring peace in the region

Almost every country and every humanitarian organization all across the world, have tried to take part in bringing peace in the Gulf region, but it is another fact that those efforts were not up to the mark and that is why sadly we seem to be much far-away to witness a peaceful solution in the Gulf region. And that is what the real stakeholders of the Gulf region must think of, because the hazardous outcomes of the turmoil of the Gulf region, are about to affect the rest of the world more than they have already affected. In this regard now the world is depending on the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, which is also known as the Gulf cooperation Council, and it is also seen as the regional intergovernmental political and economic union of the Arab states and since the turmoil took place, so the importance of the Gulf Cooperation Council has increased more to bring peace and that is why the rest of the world happens to rely on this union.

G.C.C has to make strong efforts to bring peace in the Gulf region

One has the right to differ from it, but it is the fact that with ensuring the security of the interests and stakes of its members in the Gulf region, it must also come ahead voluntarily in order to make efforts, which are much indispensable to be taken in order to get the Gulf region on the right track. If you talk about the indispensable efforts in order to tackle both the monster of terrorism and the prolonged and intense turmoil of the Gulf region, so they are confined to reduce the grievances among both Iran and Saudi Arabia, and if the G.C.C, presents itself to make efforts voluntarily to get both Saudi Arabia and Iran close to each other, then the peaceful solution for the Gulf region will not be much far-away from us and that is indeed the ultimate end of the Gulf turmoil.

Iran must also equally make efforts to bring peace

It is true that single-handed approach of G.C.C, will not work, until Iran equally make efforts to bring peace in the Gulf region, because not avoiding extremely aggressive approach against Saudi Arabia, will also ruin the efforts of the rest of the members of the G.C.C, and that reveals the fact that Iran will have to ensure that it has nothing to do with the internal matters of the Arab countries and in fact it wants to have much stronger relation with the Arab world to bring peace and stability in the Muslim world. If the current regime of Iran happens to do it, so these parallel efforts both by the Arab countries and the current regime of Iran, will give a new strong beginning to the relation of Iran and Arab world, which will definitely be long lasting.

The ties between the United States and the G.C.C

The current relation between the United States and the G.C.C is being seen as the effective development as far as the peace and stability of the Gulf region is concerned and its positive outcomes, must reach each part of the Gulf region that has been badly affected because of the prolonged turmoil. The president of the United States, Barack Obama, is expected to meet the members of G.C.C on his visit to Saudi Arabia and according to the G.C.C secretary-general, Abdullatif Al-Zayani, cementing G.C.C and U.S ties through dialogue and diplomacy has to be a main objective of the Gulf bloc’s summit meeting with the President of the United States, Barack Obama. According to the secretary-general of the G.C.C, Al-Zayani, the meeting of the G.C.C members with the president of the United States, will focus on the peace and security of the Gulf region besides economic partnership and development. The expected meeting of the members of the G.C.C with the president of the United States, Barack Obama, has been arranged for the demonstration of the inviolability of the ties between the members of the G.C.C and the United States, despite the fact that the Gulf countries have their concerns over the United States and Iran’s deal.

An insight of this meeting of G.C.C members with the President Barack Obama

As the turmoil of the Gulf region has been in the limelight for the longest period of time, so that does not take your much time to understand the agenda of the meeting between the President of the United States and the members of the G.C.C’s heads. The heads of the G.C.C, will talk about the current intense situation of the Gulf region and prolonged instability of the region, so in this regard the President Barack Obama has very good chance to contribute to end up this much prolonged turmoil of the region, by making efforts to get the members of the G.C.C and Iran united. It is believed that in a meeting with the United States’ President Barack Obama, the members of the G.C.C, will talk about the bilateral relationship as well as discuss many issues such as terrorism, Syria, Iran, Yemen and Iraq. One thing seems to be so sure that the both sides’ officials are on a same page to boost up the counterterrorism cooperation and that is actually an immense need when it comes to the turmoil of the Gulf region. The G.C.C members and the United States, must also understand that, both of them will have to fight against terrorism together. And now currently in front of them the biggest hurdle to bring peace in the Gulf region is none other than the ISIS and its militant groups, that are rapidly strengthening in the Gulf region and currently ISIS aim, happens to take control of Libya, which is the most right country to target the west for the militants of ISIS.
