The U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy will meet in open session in Room 106 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building (Constitution Ave, NE between 1st and 2nd Streets, NE) in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, September 20 from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
The Commission Members will discuss the findings and recommendations from its congressionally-mandated 2016 Comprehensive Annual Report on U.S. Public Diplomacy and International Broadcasting Activities worldwide, which details the cost, origin and scope of these activities worldwide.
This meeting is open to the public, Members and staff of Congress, the Department of State, Department of Defense, the media, and other governmental and non-governmental organizations.
