As of Jun 9, more than 1.05 million people nationwide have been vaccinated against Covid-19 with over 355, 000 given second doses and over 698,000 people given second doses, the latest data of the National Taskforce Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control has shown.

Eleven cases of Covid-19 including three community transmissions in Vientiane and eight imported cases in Champassak were recorded today raising the total in the country to 1,990 including 1,859 recoveries and 128 active cases.

Three deaths of Covid-19 have been recorded since the first Covid-19 case was announced in March, 2020.
