Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received President of the National Assembly of People’s Power of Cuba Esteban Lazo Hernandez in Hanoi on July 24 afternoon. The Cuban legislator is on a visit to Vietnam to attend Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s funeral.
