Authorities of Vientiane Province, one of the favourite destinations for visitors, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a private company to develop a recreational complex in the western area of the Nam Xong River, Vangvieng district.
The agreement was signed on Feb 21 in Vangvieng by the Director of the Provincial Department of Planning and Investment Mr Soukan Vilaylath and the Director of the Investment Consultancy and Hydropower Plant Construction Sole Company Pixaxay Keoxayachak in the presence of the Governor of Vientiane Province Mr Vidong Xayasone and representatives of relevant authorities.
