In a group interview, Guo Qiang, spokesperson of the Anhui delegation, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Central Committee and head of the Publicity Department of Anhui Province, listed these scientific and technological cooperation projects when answering questions about the Yangtze River Delta Integration.
In recent years, Anhui has deeply implemented the science and technology innovation “tree planting project”: facing the world science and technology frontier, to build the Yangtze River Delta science and technology innovation Community; Facing the main battlefield of the economy, to jointly promote the high-quality coordinated development of the three industries; To meet the major needs of the country, the key core technologies are combined.

In the past 10 years, Anhui has achieved leapfrog development. Last year, its economic aggregate reached 4.3 trillion yuan (over US$0.59 trillion), and its per capita GDP exceeded 10,000 US dollars. It has also achieved leapfrog development from a province with science and education to a source of scientific and technological innovation.
