The number of people vaccinated against Covid-19 has reached more than 3.20 million including 1.71 million given first doses and 1.48 million administered with second doses as of Aug 15, according to the Centre of Information and Education for Health, Ministry of Health.
Laos has an ambitious plan to have half of the population (7.169 million (2019)) in the country vaccinated against Covid-19 by the end of this year.
