China’s Ministry of Commerce in cooperation with the China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries held a seminar on Agricultural Processing for technical staff of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce between Aug 2-31 in Vientiane.
The opening ceremony of the workshop was attended by Mr Khenthong Sisouvong, Vice President of Lao Chinese Cooperation Committee, Wang Qihui, economic-commerce consultant at the Chinese embassy in Laos, Mr Yutong Huang, Deputy Director of China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries.
The training workshop aims to enrich its trainees’ knowledge of agricultural processing.
The Chinese side also pledges to provide modern technology and technical support to enhance the business to business cooperation in agricultural processing industry between Laos and China.
