Laos has confirmed 87 new daily Covid-19 cases attributed to Covid-19 nationwide over the past 24 hours raising the total to 212,443 active cases and 754 deaths, according to the National Taskforce Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on August 15.

The new confirmed cases included 61 reported in Vientiane, 16 in Khammuane two each in Champassack, Vientiane, Savannakhet, Oudomxay, Huaphan and Luang Namtha provinces.
