On the back of the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, Ho Chi Minh City always values the strengthening of exchanges and cooperation with Chinese localities, affirmed Vice Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Vo Van Hoan at a ceremony marking the 75th anniversary of China’s National Day (October 1) hosted by the Chinese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City on September 16.
