Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Bui Xuan Cuong on September 25 called on Leipzig city of Germany to share its experience with the southern metropolis in sustainable urban planning, enhancing resilience, and transferring environmentally friendly green technologies. In a reception for Torsten Bonew, Vice Mayor of Leipzig, who is leading a delegation to attend the Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum 2024, Cuong suggested the two cities expand cooperation in developing sustainable energy sources such as wind and solar power.
