Party Secretary General and President Thongloun Sisoulith, accompanied by spouse and delegation is paying a two-day working visit to Phongsaly (Feb 8-9) to promote the implementation of the resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Party and the Socio-economic Development Plan of the province.
The president will also meet leaders of the province, visit Khounsouk green alcohol factory, Seng Kham Laolee Tea Factory and other key economic establishments of the northernmost province, and present relief aid to Phoufa Secondary School and Mongchao Secondary School.
