The Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, more popularly known as Manila Cathedral, in Intramuros, Manila has extended until this weekend the Papal Visit Memorabilia Exhibit to give more Catholics a chance to visit the display. In a social media post Monday, the basilica said the exhibit will be extended until July 9. ‘Good News! So that many pilgrims and faithful can come and see the memorabilia of the popes, we are extending the exhibit until July 9, 2023,’ it said. ‘We hope to see you here at the Mother Church,’ it added. The public display was launched on June 29, during the Pope’s Day celebration. It was originally set to end on July 2. The event features the liturgical and extra-liturgical items used by St. Paul VI, St. John Paul II, and Pope Francis during their respective visits to the country. It also features the Pope mobile from Gencars, Inc., which was used by Pope Francis in Manila during his Papal Visit in 2015. The memorabilia are on display at the Blessed Souls Chapel of the cathedral
