Five-year-old children will be exempt from tuition fees from the start of the next school year. The regulation was defined in Article 15 of the Government’s Decree 81/2021/ND-CP. Other groups who are exempted from fees include disabled students, orphan students as regulated in the Law on Vocational Education, and students in severely disadvantaged, island, border, remote and mountainous areas.
