Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2025 Commences in Hainan

Boao: The Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2025 began on Thursday in Boao, located in south China’s Hainan Province. The event marks a significant gathering aimed at discussing regional economic integration and development goals within Asia.

According to Lao News Agency, Chinese Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang, who is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, was present at the opening ceremony. The BFA, established in 2001, is a non-governmental and non-profit international organization dedicated to enhancing cooperation among Asian nations. This year’s conference, themed “Asia in the Changing World: Towards a Shared Future,” will run from March 25 to 28.
