Vietnamese Ambassador to India Nguyen Thanh Hai has recently had separate meetings with General Secretary of the Communist Party of India (CPI) D.Raja and Vijay Chauthaiwale, who is in charge of the Indian ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s Department of Foreign Affairs. Receiving the diplomat in New Delhi on June 17, D.Raja expressed pleasure at the rapid development and foreign economic achievements of Vietnam under the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV)’s leadership, while acknowledging the sound growth of Vietnam-India relations.
