Chairman of the Vietnamese National Asembly Tran Thanh Man met with Chinese Premier Li Qiang in Hanoi on October 13. The Chinese Premier is on a three-day official Vietnam visit, the first by himself in his new position, and the first by a Chinese Premier over the past 11 years.
