Old Havana Hosts Final Events for Month of Francophony in Cuba

Old Havana: On the verge of concluding the Month of Francophony in Cuba, the French Alliance at its headquarters in Prado and St. Francis of Assisi Square are planning for today a day of good communication in that Romance language.

According to Lao News Agency, the Salon of Studies in French-speaking countries, including France, Belgium, and Romania, will take place at 11:00 local time at the institution that teaches the language of famous figures such as Voltaire, Rousseau, or Victor Hugo, which is located in Paseo del Prado. Another venue for this event is in El Vedado.

At 3:00 p.m. local time, there will be a narration of stories in French by French writer Muriel Bloch. Meanwhile, the play ‘Favez’ continues at the Adolfo Llaurad³ Theater in El Vedado, which is being presented since March 18 and until March 23, when these French-speaking days in Havana will conclude.
