Vietnamese Deputy Minister of National Defence Sen. Lieut. Gen Hoang Xuan Chien and Lao Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Gen. Chansamone Chanyalath have reaffirmed their commitment to reinforcing and tightening the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries' Parties, States, militaries, and people.
