Brent oil price on ICE above US$85 per barrel first time since March 7

The price of futures contracts of Brent crude oil for June 2023 delivery on London’s ICE surpassed US$85 per barrel for the first time since March 7, according to trading data.

As of 1:09 a.m. Moscow time on Monday, the price of Brent oil went up by 6.43% to US$85.03 per barrel.

By 1:12 a.m. Moscow time, Brent was trading at US$85.41 per barrel (6.46%). The price of futures contracts of WTI crude oil for May 2023 delivery went up by 6.21%, to US$80.37 per barrel.
