On April 4, Vice President Pany Yathortou received in Vientiane President of Vietnam Women’s Union Ha Thi Nga as the latter is on a working visit to Laos between April 3-7.
The Vice President highly valued the visit by President of Vietnam Women’s Union Ha Thi Nga and her delegation as a significant contribution to strengthening the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, governments and peoples of Laos and Vietnam.
She urged both Lao and Vietnamese Women’s Unions to continue to strengthen coordination, and implement in effective manner their respective duties thus contributing to strengthening the relations and cooperation between the two fraternal Parties, governments and peoples of Laos and Vietnam and between the two national women’s unions.
The Vietnamese official informed the Vice President about her visit to Laos and affirmed her commitment to strengthening the relations, cooperation and mutual assistance between Laos and Vietnam.
